Shootfighting intro
We have Rahneer over this weekend for Lameco eskrima and knife seminars. He also agreed to take a shooto class.
This would be the first serious grappling class since I was 23! So only 13 years gap...
I cover what we did in my training log, but suffice to say, it hurt a bit. Good though.
I didn't notice the bruises till I went to bed.
